The upgraded special boat for special forces units is designed to support the actions of special forces units to counteract Submarine Subversive Forces and Means, (hereinafter referred to as PDSS), namely:

• patrolling and guarding objects in the port area and objects of marine economic activity from PDSS;
• delivery of a special unit to the area of ​​penetration of PDSS;
• detection, classification and determination of motion parameters of underwater objects (combat swimmers, their delivery vehicles) at a distance of up to 500 meters, at a depth of 40 meters;

The boat is designed for round-the-clock operation in the Caspian Sea during the navigation period.

To perform tasks in accordance with its purpose, the boat is equipped with special products, as well as modern means of communication and navigation.
