The unloading armored system, model AS-01, is a product designed to evenly distribute the weight of the combat load, ensure freedom of movement, ergonomics, increased ease of use, as well as individual protection of military personnel from damage by small arms, while maintaining complete mobility. The unloading armored system is adapted to carry ballistic armor panels with protection classes Br4 (back) and Br4 (chest) according to GOST R 50744-95.

The unloading armored system is covered with MOLLE system tapes, which allow you to attach different types of pouches to perform a variety of tasks.

Additionally, a rescue handle is placed at the top of the rear section of the unloading system for dragging wounded soldiers or retrieving soldiers from military vehicles through the hatch. A system is also provided that allows for the evacuation of troops from the battlefield. The length of the evacuation cable is at least 1.5 meters in the unfolded form with a tensile density of at least 200 kg with a non-tightening loop D = 70 cm.

The unloading armored system consists of two separate parts and has a quick discharge system. The quick-release system consists of a steel flexible cable, which is attached to the chest part by means of a textile fastener, by means of which the cable is removed from the armored system. In the lower part of the back protection, a flexible cable collects and holds parts of the armored system

When the flexible cable is removed, the quick release system is activated and the unloading vest of the armored system breaks up into the chest and back sections. Also, with the help of a quick reset system, the unloading armored system is adjusted both in length and in width. In the waist area on both sides there is an additional connector and adjustment by means of a textile fastener, which allows you to remove and wear the armored system without using a quick reset system.
