Description

The airport firefighting vehicle AA-12,0-70(63501)(8x8)/KZ is used for aviation rescue, firefighting for aircraft and ground structures at the airport.

The vehicle performs the following functions:

  • Transport fire crews, firefighting equipment, rescue equipment and firefighting tools to the fire location
  • The vehicle can extinguish fires with water and foam through fixed nozzles on the roof, on the front bumper and hand-held nozzles of all kinds
  • Foam covering strip for runways in case of emergency landing of aircraft (unable to release landing gear)
  • Firefighting of aircraft and airport structures with carbon dioxide for electrical equipment fires or fires in closed chambers.
