A memorandum of cooperation was signed between PZTM JSC (a subsidiary of Kazakhstan Engineering NK) and the Association of Refrigerated Rolling Stock Operators (ASORPS).

According to this document, PZTM as a manufacturer of insulated thermos cars and ASORPS will assist in the development of cooperation with consumers and operators of rolling stock. It also provides for the promotion of transport engineering products to the domestic and foreign markets.

In addition, PZTM JSC and DBK-Leasing JSC signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of financial leasing for Kazakhstani and foreign users of insulated thermocars.

In 2019, PZTM JSC successfully implemented a unique project - the production of insulated thermos cars. This is a covered freight car for perishable goods, the transportation of which requires certain modes of temperature and humidity.

The body of an isothermal car is equipped with thermal insulation made of polystyrene, polyurethane foam and other materials, and has devices for rational placement of cargo.

In May of this year. prototypes of cars have passed a number of factory tests, including verification of key parameters, such as brake system performance, thermal conductivity coefficient and overall measurements.

As a result of the tests, the EAEU certificate of conformity was received for the installation series of cars in the amount of 1200 units.

Today, the plant is actively working on the technological modernization of production, expanding the range of products, introducing digitalization of production processes and implementing new projects.
