The Tynys plant (a subsidiary of NK Kazakhstan Engineering JSC), as part of measures to counter the coronavirus pandemic, is increasing the production of artificial lung ventilation (IVL) devices.

For 2020, the production plan has been increased by more than 15 times (up to 500 sets of products) per year, and at this time the plant workers work in two shifts. It should be noted that until this year, the plant produced 30 sets of ventilators per year.

"Tynys" is the only enterprise in the Republic of Kazakhstan that produces ventilators. IVL "Kokshetau-4P" has a wide range of functionalities for ventilation of the lungs, both in an ambulance car and in intensive care units.

The first batch of 19 kits has already been delivered to medical institutions in the country and about 40 kits are ready for shipment at warehouses.

In addition, the enterprise has mastered the production of reusable medical masks made of cotton fabrics. These protective masks are provided for medical, state institutions and private enterprises of the Akmola region.

Let us remind that the main manufactured products of "Tynys" are components for aviation equipment, personal protective equipment for the power structures of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It also produces civilian products for the oil and gas sector, the railway industry, etc.
