LLP "Kazakhstan Aviation Industry" performed one of the most complex forms of maintenance (C-check) of the Airbus C295 aircraft. Previously, such complex types of maintenance of military aircraft were not performed in Kazakhstan.

On April 15, 2022, Kazakhstan Aviation Industry LLP handed over to the customer an Airbus C295M military transport aircraft after performing a regulated repair in the scope of C + 4Y-check (works subject to mandatory performance every four years).

The quality of the work performed was confirmed by the certificate of the Military Representative Office and the acceptance certificate of the aircraft signed by the parties. After acceptance by the customer, the aircraft flew to the place of permanent deployment.

“The successful completion of maintenance on the Airbus C295 is another important milestone in the history of the development of KAI as an aircraft maintenance and repair center. The maintenance was carried out entirely in Kazakhstan by a Kazakhstani qualified staff of engineering and technical workers,” said Amangildin Daniyar Sharipovich, General Director of Kazakhstan Aviation Industry LLP.

Kazakhstan Aviation Industry LLP is the only aircraft manufacturing enterprise in the Central Asian region that has successfully mastered the regulated repair of Airbus C295M aircraft, which was previously carried out exclusively at the European factories of the Airbus concern.
