May 20, Nur-Sultan. The Public Council of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Engineering" continues to actively carry out its activities in the field of transformation of the Company. A meeting of the Public Council was held with the participation of the Chairman of the Management Board T. Abdrakhmanov, where the issues of forming the composition of the Public Council, the financial and economic activities of the Company, as well as the development of the mentoring institution were discussed.

Chairman of the PC E. Aliyev proposed to increase the membership of the PC to 15 people: based on the competition, 4 candidates were proposed. By voting, the members of the Public Council elected: Assistant of the Department of Economics of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University. S. Seifullina Moldakhmetov Ansagai Ansabaevich and Deputy Director of LLP "DD-21 Akmol" Sagidanov Askar Utegenovich. The reserve composition of the OS included Acting Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Association of Legal Entities "Association of Packers of Kazakhstan", Nur-Sultan Kuznetsova Natalya Nikolaevna and Head of the Department of Legal Support and Administrative and Control Work of the Committee for Water Resources of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources Meirambekov Serik Tlemisovich.

A report on the financial and economic activities of NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC was heard, as well as an initiative to create a Defense Industry Veterans Fund and develop an institution of mentoring and mentoring. The need for the latter is due to the shortage of personnel in the field of technical and engineering professions: the Company is interested in cultivating new young personnel as part of the strategic development of the industry, as well as transferring the experience of the older generation of specialists.

In addition, the Public Council submitted a number of proposals to the Company Development Plan for 2020-2029 (formerly the Company Development Strategy for 2020-2029), which were supported by the management of Kazakhstan Engineering NC JSC:

1. For all subsidiaries and affiliates of the Company, it is necessary to monitor all technological processes currently used in production and market research on the use of such world-class advanced technical processes and bring them into one comparative table. This table will show the technology transfer plan.
2. For all enterprises, conduct monitoring of fixed assets (land, buildings, machine tools by years and groups), as well as marketing research on the availability of world advanced machine tools and bring them into one comparative table. This table will show the technical re-equipment plan.
3. It is necessary to have a plan for the purchase of imported special products by law enforcement agencies and draw up a plan for their development at enterprises. Monitor imports of engineering products and consumer goods to draw up a plan for further development.
4. Deal with stocks of goods and materials.
5. Provide for the widespread introduction of digitalization and automation processes for enterprises, starting with security, access control, lighting, accounting, planning, etc.
6. Carry out monitoring of the personnel structure (AUP, ITR, middle management staff, main and auxiliary working personnel, MOS). Study staff turnover. Draw up a plan for personnel policy and social partnership.
