JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Engineering "continues to diversify production and develop new areas of industry. Since the end of last year, together with partners, a project has been developed to localize the production of centralizer bushings for sucker rod pumps, filters for oil wells, and gerotor pumps.

Oil companies such as KMG Engineering LLP, Ozenmunaigas JSC, Mangistaumunaigas JSC, Karazhanbasmunai JSC, Embamunaigas JSC can become potential customers of new products. They have already familiarized themselves with the results of successful testing of products at foreign fields and expressed their interest in conducting pilot tests (PIT) of centralizer bushings and filters at their own enterprises.

“To date, an agreement has been signed on free testing with JSC Mangistaumunaigas”, centralizer bushings have been supplied for pilot tests at the Kalamkas field, the completion date of which is scheduled for October this year. PPI agreements are being signed with Ozenmunaigas JSC, Karazhanbasmunai JSC for testing bushings and filters,” says Artur Mossendz, Director of the Department of Civil Production and External Technical Cooperation of JSC NC Kazakhstan Engineering.

Based on the results of pilot tests in the Mangystau region, a roadmap will be drawn up for the localization of products at the production facilities of Tynys JSC in Kokshetau - the release of these products for the needs of the oil industry.
