Nowadays «NC «Kazakhstan Engineering» JSC unites 19 machine-building enterprises of Kazakhstan engaged in the production of defense, dual-use and civil products.

Today we offer a detailed description of «Petropavlovsk Heavy Engineering Plant» JSC (hereinafter - «PZTM» JSC).

«Petropavlovsk Heavy Machine Building Plant» JSC - is one of the largest engineering enterprises in Kazakhstan for the production of equipment for oil and gas production, oil and gas processing, petrochemical, chemical, gas, power and other industries, unfortunately, now is in a difficult economic and technical situation. However, the state has invested in modernization and based on modern technology, with proper management, the plant can once again regain its former glory.

The enterprise is a part of «National Company «Kazakhstan Engineering» JSC, has a multi-profile production and testing base, developed tool production, qualified personnel, which allows it to constantly expand the range of manufactured products. There are 480 persons working at «PZTM» JSC. The volume of concluded contracts in the current year has exceeded 10 billion tenge.

There are all kinds of production facilities for the complete cycle of product manufacturing, from blanks and machining to assembly, inspection and testing, including: machining, tooling, welding, blanking, thermal, woodworking, electroplating, paint coating, manufacturing of rubber and plastic products, assembly and testing production, testing laboratories, load-lifting facilities.

«PZTM» JSC has acquired modern equipment: HYUNDAI turning and vertical machining centers, DMG MORI 5-axis turning and milling centers, FU450MRAPUG NC-02 and KMB-U7 universal milling machines, VTL 1200 ATC+C turning and boring machine, VSN-350 CNC25 semiautomatic gear-milling machine and others.

Modern production technologies make it possible to manufacture a wide range of products in accordance with GOST, OST, ST RK, TEMA, ASME and API standards according to customer requirements.

Due to the modernization and re-equipment of the production facilities, the company is ready to increase the productivity of its products and improve their competitiveness.

Within the framework of development of new civil projects, the work on mastering the production of thermo-wagons and new heat exchange equipment for participation in the projects of oil and gas production and processing industry is in progress. «PZTM» JSC has good opportunities for participation in the largest oil and gas investment projects in Kazakhstan. It is planned to restore production of equipment for well workover and drilling.

The main activity of «PZTM» JSC is aimed at production of civil products. The plant is subject to privatization under Decree No. 908 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Certain Privatization Issues for 2021-2025» dated 29.12.2020.
