Information message on improvement of working conditions for employees of enterprises of «NC «Kazakhstan Engineering» JSC

«NC «Kazakhstan Engineering» JSC (hereinafter - the Company) strives to improve working conditions for employees of production enterprises.

We are systematically transforming the Company with a focus on caring about people.

Our priorities are:

  • Promotion of healthy lifestyles;
  • Implementation of social programs for employees;
  • Creation of new jobs for young people.

Measures have been taken to improve working conditions for employees:

Capital and cosmetic repairs were carried out in enterprise buildings and their dormitories, roofing was repaired, classrooms, canteens and sanitary facilities were renovated. Unused buildings were converted into storage and office space. Work areas and facades of buildings were also refurbished.

For example, the «S. M. Kirov Machine-Building Plant» JSC was heated and new plastic windows were installed at the «Ural Plant «Zenit» JSC. At «Kazakhstan Aviation Industry» LLP, «Kazakhstan Aselsan Engineering» LLP and «Steel Manufacturing» LLP, new pipelines and cables were supplied and work areas were re-equipped.

Mandatory periodic medical examinations of employees are carried out in «Semey Engineering» JSC. Employees are provided with free dry cleaning, work clothing and personal protective equipment.

The plant's canteen has also been repaired and wide-screen TVs have been installed, while the temporary storage warehouse has been equipped with video cameras.

In addition, in order to provide charitable assistance, «Tynys» JSC repaired and upgraded the entrance to the «Ayalau» center in Kokshetau (a social care unit for children at home and people over 18).

All companies have set salary increases for employees for 2023. Thus, average salary in subsidiaries will amount to 291 thousand tenge, which is 18% higher than in 2022 and 56% higher than in 2021. In addition, employee bonuses were also increased by 14% and financial aid by 9%.

No salary increases are envisaged for the Company's executives.

The Company will continue to listen to the needs of employees and take the necessary measures to support them.
