In order to preserve and improve human potential of the defense industry complex through implementation of the principles of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility, «NC «Kazakhstan engineering» JSC initiates establishment of the Corporate Fund «Kazakhstan Engineering Sheber Mura».

The main direction of the Fund's activity is development of human capital, development of human resources potential of defense industry organizations through nurturing specialists in this area, including through the institute of «mentoring», transfer of experience and knowledge veteran-workers of defense industry to young specialists, as well as in attracting young specialists to the industry.

In this regard, the advisor of «NC «Kazakhstan engineering» JSC Komratov Ratmir Alimkhanovich held a lecture at «M.Narikbayev KAZGUU University». Lectures and talks will be conducted by the members of the Fund in higher educational institutions, colleges and graduate schools of the country.

The Fund allows the selection of young personnel in educational institutions with their further training as a highly professional and competitive worker by sending them to training, research and professional internships with further employment.

The company is interested in attracting active, competent and patriotic young professionals who are ready to apply their knowledge in the holding structure and work for the benefit of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
