NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC informs about the ongoing work on the transition of Steel Manufacturing LLP from a third-level organization (grandchild) to a second-level organization (subsidiary).

Based on the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 23, 2023 No. 159, the proposal of Kaztekhnologii JSC was adopted to transfer 100 percent of the share in the authorized capital of Steel Manufacturing LLP to republican ownership with its subsequent transfer from state ownership in payment for the shares of National "Kazakhstan Engineering" company.

Steel Manufacturing LLP has been operating on the territory of the Saryarka FEZ (Karaganda) since 2020 and specializes in the production of pistol and rifle cartridges using Canadian technologies. This is the first and only plant for the production of cartridges for pistols and rifles in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The plant has the ability to fully cover the need for cartridges of all law enforcement agencies of the country, allowing us to refuse imports.
