On March 17, a chess tournament and national game Asyk Atu among employees of enterprises were held in the sport complex «ASPAN» to celebrate the 20th anniversary of «NC «Kazakhstan engineering» JSC and the Nauryz holiday. Both factories of Kazakhstan Engineering group of companies and private companies, as well as enterprises of the defense industry complex were invited to participate.
Nauryz is the embodiment of spring renewal, the celebration of love, fertility and friendship.
As the Chairman of the Management Board of «NC «Kazakhstan engineering» JSC Temirjan Abdrakhmanov has mentioned: «Competitions are organized to strengthen team spirit, unite teams of enterprises and develop corporate culture. Only together, supporting each other, can we build a strong defense industry».
The discipline competition began with a chess tournament. Each team submitted three of the best players from their respective companies.
In the competition, the prizes went to:
First place - «S.M. Kirov Plant» JSC;
Second place - Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Third place went to RGP at PXV «Kazspetsexport».
The same sports complex hosted players of the national game of Asyk, recognized by UNESCO as part of the cultural heritage of humanity in 2017.
The point of the game is to knock one or more Аsyk out of a row from a certain distance. They become the property of the player who knocks them down.
The prizes were given to:
- Employees of «Semey Engineering» JSC;
- Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Team - «Tynys» JSC.
The game served as an example of positive interaction, cohesion and friendship between organizations.
