The compliance service of NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC recalls the current labor legislation, which provides for certain restrictions for persons who have committed corruption crimes.
The eGov.kz portal and the eGov mobile application offer a new state service “Issuance of information about a person committing a corruption crime”.
The innovation allows obtaining information about the presence or absence of a corruption crime:
- when entering the civil service;
- to work in the subjects of the quasi-public sector (According to paragraph 2 of article 26 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, employment in the subjects of the quasi-public sector of a person who has committed a corruption offense is not allowed).
At the moment, the issuance of information about the commission of a corruption crime by a person has been transferred to the accelerated scope of the provision of public services through the web portal www.egov.kz.
