Long-term agreements with “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC are signed

On February 21, 2020, as part of a working trip to the North Kazakhstan region, the Chairman of the Board of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC A. Yesimov visited the enterprises of “NC “Kazakhstan Engineering” JSC in Petropavlovsk (“PZTM” JSC, “Plant named after S. M. Kirov” JSC, where he was acquainted with the main production, manufactured and promising products.

Following the visit, long-term contracts for the supply of special equipment were signed between “PZTM” JSC and subsidiaries of  “NC “KazMunayGas” JSC (“Oil Services Company” LLP, “Embamunaigas” JSC, “Ozenmunaygas” JSC) for a total amount of more than 2 billion tenge.

In addition, long-term agreements were signed between “Plant named after S. M. Kirova” JSC and subsidiaries of “NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” JSC (“VZhDO” JSC, “KTZh-Freight Transportation” JSC) totaling more than 6 billion tenge, including off-take agreement for the development of the security system alarm system "Convoy-P", supply and maintenance of equipment for the railways.

“The signed agreements guarantee the volume of work, workplaces. These are tax revenues to the budget of the city, region, and, of course, provision of enterprises of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC. Now the task is to efficiently produce the necessary products on time. We see that you have great development potential. If the signed agreements are clearly implemented, we will work to further expand cooperation,” said Akhmetzhan Smagulov.

K. Bishimov, Chairman of the Management Board of “NC “Kazakhstan Engineering” JSC, expressed special gratitude to the management of the Fund for the support provided and assured that the quality and timeliness of deliveries required by customers would be ensured.

“Today, agreements have been signed not only for traditional products, but also for off-take contracts. Therefore, our factories can confidently carry out technological modernization and master the production of new products for the needs of the enterprises of the “Samruk-Kazyna” Fund. Thanks to the support of the Fund, we see the prospect of our development and will make every effort to ensure mutually beneficial cooperation,” Kuanysh Bishimov emphasized.
