On October 22, 2018, in order to clarify the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan dated 05.10.2018, deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited PZTM JSC. During the visit, A.P. Rau, P.A. Sharapaev and S.V. Imasheva worked in the plant’s workshop and discussed the initiatives of the Head of State with the factory workers. Also at the extended meeting, the debate continued in question and answer mode.

Increasing the well-being of Kazakhstanis: increasing income and quality of life is a key aspect for employees of PZTM JSC. Young workers focused on issues of quality and affordable housing, development of healthcare and education. Older generation factory workers are more interested in increasing wages and developing infrastructure.

JSC "PZTM" is actively working to implement the initiatives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A digitalization program is being developed; the range of manufactured products is expanding, including servicing agricultural equipment; Activities are underway for technological modernization of production; A set of measures is being implemented to ensure the export orientation of manufactured products.

Particular attention is paid to the social direction. The Collective Agreement in force at the enterprise regulates the relationship between the employer and employees. A sports and recreation complex has been built and is functioning. An annual in-plant and city sports competition is held. The plant also operates a medical center that provides qualified and timely assistance to plant workers, and annual medical examinations are conducted.

The development of industrial potential and the well-being of the enterprise’s employees are important areas of activity of PZTM JSC.
