On September 17, 2020, the procedure for signing the Company’s Collective Agreement for 2020-2022 took place at PZTM JSC.

The collective agreement is the regulator of labor relations between the employer and employees, the guarantor of reliable protection of the socio-economic and labor rights of plant employees. The development of the document was carried out over several weeks in strict accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in compliance with the norms of the Industry Agreement of the mechanical engineering and defense industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2022.

On behalf of the employer, the Agreement was signed by the General Director of JSC "PZTM" A. Zhuaspaev, on behalf of the employees - by the Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of the Company V. Zarubin.
