The purpose of this agreement is the implementation of joint projects aimed at the creation and implementation of new technologies, scientific developments and other results of scientific, technical and research activities, training of university specialists, and advanced training of enterprise employees.
The enterprise has a certificate of accreditation as a subject of scientific and scientific-technical activities, issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
JSC "PZTM" has been famous for many decades as a source of personnel. The “numbered” status and nature of the products implied the highest technological level of the enterprise, increased requirements for the quality of products and, accordingly, no less high professionalism of personnel from workers to leading specialists.
In modern realities, the plant is also actively realizing its training potential.
JSC "PZTM" has extensive experience in working with the dual training system. Since 2012, the company has been working jointly with the Petropavlovsk Mechanical Engineering College, the Petropavlovsk Humanitarian and Technical College, and the Petropavlovsk Construction and Economic College. Students from these educational institutions undergo all types of internship at the plant. During the current period, more than 500 people completed practical training.
In addition, the enterprise operates a mentoring institute, thanks to which each student is provided with an individual approach and personification of the knowledge gained.
In accordance with the State Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2017-2021 “Enbek”, on the basis of JSC “Petropavlovsk Heavy Engineering Plant”, a training center was organized in 2019 to train applicants in the working specialties of a turner, milling machine operator, electric and gas welder, machine operator with numerical program control.
These areas of work of PZTM JSC make it possible to solve a number of important tasks, in particular, to increase human resources potential, provide assistance in the employment of citizens in labor-scarce regions, and provide industrial enterprises with qualified specialists, including as part of the implementation of the program for digitalization of production.
