Over the years of work at the enterprise, more than 10 family factory dynasties have been formed, including brothers, married couples.

In particular, a remarkable Nuriakhmetov labor dynasty worked at the enterprise – these are locksmiths for the repair of special combat vehicles, who perfectly know the features of the repair of military equipment. The head of the Nuriakhmetov dynasty Rashid and his followers are two sons Ildar and Rifkhat. Their total work experience at the plant was 54 years. The labor dynasty in the team enjoyed well-deserved respect, was also awarded various awards, including being noted by the Mayor of the city. To date, the dynasty continues. Most recently, my father retired, and his business is continued by a representative of the younger generation – the grandson of the head of dynasty-Rail.
