By order of the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard, Major General E. Botakanov, for active cooperation and contribution to strengthening the logistics of the units of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, General Director of Semey Engineering JSC Turlybaev Talgat Toktarkhanovich was awarded a diploma. The award was held in Astana at the ceremony of presenting military equipment to the personnel of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acquired in 2022 thanks to fruitful cooperation with domestic enterprises.
