JSC "811 Automotive Repair Plant KI" announces an auction using the English method (increasing) for the sale of industrial equipment.

The auction will take place on July 11, 2014 at 10.00 am in the assembly hall of the plant at the address: Ereymentau, industrial zone.

Terms of payment for the asset: non-cash payment in the amount of 100% of the sale price within 10 banking days from the date of signing the sale and purchase agreement with the auction winner.

To participate in the auction, a guarantee fee is established in the amount of 10% of the cost of the lot, which must be paid by auction participants no later than three working days before the date of the auction using the following bank details:

The guarantee fee is returned within 15 banking days from the date of summing up the auction results.

The guarantee fee is not refundable if the auction winner refuses to conclude a purchase and sale agreement, as well as if the participant refuses to participate in the auction less than three calendar days before the start of the auction.

The amount of the guarantee deposit paid by the winner is counted towards the transaction amount and is not returned.

Individuals and legal entities are allowed to participate in the auction.

Applications for participation in the auction are accepted by the contact person until 9:00 am on July 8, 2014 at the address: Ereymentau, industrial zone.

To register as an auction participant, potential participants wishing to purchase a particular asset must submit no later than 3 days before the start of the auction:
1) an application for participation in the auction, drawn up in any form;
2) for an individual - a notarized copy of a passport or other identification document,
3) for a legal entity - a notarized copy of the charter (with all amendments and additions), a certificate of state registration/re-registration of a legal entity, a statistical card, a notarized extract from the charter or constituent documents containing information about the founder or composition of founders or a notarized extract from the register of shareholders, issued no later than one month before the date of the auction, the original certificate of the bank or bank branch in which the potential buyer is served stating that there is no overdue debt for all types of obligations of a potential buyer, lasting more than three months preceding the date of issue of the certificate, to a bank or bank branch (if the potential supplier is a client of several second-tier banks or branches, as well as a foreign bank, this certificate is presented from each of such banks ) signed by the first head of the bank (bank branch) or his deputy with the seal of the bank, the certificate must be received no later than one month preceding the date of the auction.
4) the original and a copy of the payment document confirming the payment of the guarantee fee;
5) power of attorney certifying the authority of the representative.
