I have been working at the company for over 20 years.

He started working as a simple specialist in the energy and mechanical department.

I head the service that ensures the life of the enterprise: the boiler room, energy facilities and, most importantly, production facilities (machines and equipment of the main production). During the entire time that I have been working at the enterprise, only in 2021 real changes for the better began. Roofing of the main production, administrative buildings and warehouses was blocked by 30%, a constant leak destroyed the concrete foundations of the main building and in the next 3-5 years, I, as a specialist, can say that the main building of the plant will be recognized as unsafe. The lifting equipment exceeded its established service life back in 2021 and was considered generally unsafe for 20 years. In fact, workers in essential production were exposed to serious danger to their lives. In addition, we had to repair them using used spare parts, because new ones were not purchased. The energy and heating facilities are also virtually outdated and are constantly breaking down. In 2021, the roof of the main production and administrative buildings, as well as 50% of the warehouse premises, were completely replaced. We replaced two boilers in the boiler room. With the help of an authorized organization, we diagnosed and repaired 50% of lifting equipment and extended their standard service life. They built a hotel with 8 beds. We created a new shot blasting site using our own resources using completely new materials and equipment. On the site of the burnt locker room, premises were built for five divisions of the plant with a total area of 150 square meters. The area was completely cleared of industrial waste and 87 hauls of dump trucks were removed. Colossal work has been done to insulate the facade of the administrative building, in the amount of 8 million tenge, which includes heating, facade insulation, etc.

In the heating season of 2013-2020, the temperature in the administrative offices was within 16-18 C, it was necessary to additionally turn on oil radiators in the offices to maintain normal temperature conditions, and in 2021-2022 the heating season and temperature conditions are normal and reach 24 -28 C, without any additional heating devices, due to this we have reduced the load on electrical networks and saved financial resources on electricity bills by up to 30%. Also this year, high-calorie coal from the Karazhyra deposit with an ash content of 21-25% was purchased, which in turn had a positive effect on the overall temperature regime throughout the enterprise. Before the appointment of the new General Director, low-quality coal with an ash content of 60% was purchased from the Ekibastuz coal mine. I would also like to note that when purchasing a front-end loader in 2021, the load on manual labor of boiler room workers decreased, coal is supplied to the boilers of the enterprise’s boiler room on time, previously there was a K-700 tractor from 2001, which was often under repair. Planning is carried out under the personal control of the General Director measures to improve the plant and modernize production facilities. The current General Director tries to pay special attention to the equipment of workers' workplaces, to create comfortable and safe working conditions. In 2021, he worked with the Company and other factories to replace old, Soviet office furniture with modern ones. Equipped all departments of the plant with computer and office equipment.

In 2022, the General Director set the goal:

  • on modernization of the aggregate section;
  • construction of an equipped, heated area for washing equipment and units inside the main production (previously, all parts and vehicles were washed manually in the open air in violation of environmental standards);
  • complete the replacement of the roof at the state material reserve warehouses;
  • repair the perimeter fence;
  • equip a canteen for workers;
  • build a sports town with a football and volleyball court.

Despite the huge volume of tasks set by management, the General Director monitors them daily and adjusts the actual deadlines for completion.

I believe that under the current management the plant has great prospects.

The enterprise, not in words, but in deeds, is mastering new projects, while the General Director focuses on the development of civil production. I think that last year, despite all the difficulties, is the beginning of the prosperity of our plant, and in two years the plant will be the best among defense industry plants.
