Until 2021, the main production was underutilized. Only 20 MTLBs and one unit of various motor vehicles were repaired annually, and from November to April there was practically no work. Since 2021, everything has changed in production, there were so many orders that we had to work on Saturdays. I would like to note that, unlike in previous years, the new General Director always pays us for overtime work, and before we simply received time off.

In general, I will say this, all the workers have great respect for the new General Director and see that everything he says about the development of the plant is being fulfilled. He doesn't make empty promises. For example, he promised a shot blasting chamber, he built it, promised to install a 180-ton press, he found it and installed it. Previously, we carried engines, spare parts, units, metal, etc. manually in production, one of the workers complained and literally a month later a forklift appeared in the workshop. This year, by March 1, he promised us to build a dining room and it is already being built. In the summer he promised to build us a football and volleyball court, which I think will come true.
