Continuation: Provided with necessary medicines and essential medical devices to provide first aid to plant workers on site; a stamp with the logo "MEDPOINT" JSC "811 ARZ KI" was purchased; and also in providing a first-aid post for the rational work of a nurse, a laptop, a printer, a computer desk and chair, and a telephone with communication throughout the entire plant area were allocated.

Having read the advertisement in June 2021 “a medical worker is required” at JSC “811 ARZ KI”, I came for an interview with the Head of this organization. And I would like to immediately note that the final point in the decision for me was one episode seen on the computer monitor in the security room at the plant. I became an involuntary witness that the manager, with whom I had just talked in the office, within a few minutes, personally, accompanied by the chief engineer and workshop foremen, walking through the territory of the plant, inspected and suggested where and what changes to make. I felt a business approach to my business, a professional vision! At that moment the decision came on its own - I would work with such a leader! When examining the first-aid post office, the impression was a little mixed; the condition of the first-aid post was far from being in the best shape and equipment. It was noticeable that the previous management did not monitor the work of the first-aid post. I realized that I had to start work literally from scratch. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the general director of the plant, Ramil Ravilevich, the management of the plant and everyone who provided assistance, conditions, support and understanding in my work as a nurse at the plant. In a short period of time, the medical center was transformed and started working in the right direction in accordance with the Standards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for medical activities.
