Joint Stock Company “National Company “Kazakhstan Engineering” (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces an electronic tender for the sale of 100% (one hundred percent) of common shares of JSC “811 Automobile Repair Plant KI”, which will begin on August 11, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. (Nur - Sultan time) on the web portal of the State Property Register www.gosreestr.kz.

The implementation is carried out in accordance with the Rules for the sale and restructuring of assets of NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC, approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company dated October 15, 2018 (Minutes No. 6) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) and the Regulations for conducting electronic auctions for the sale of property on the web portal register of state property, approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC Information and Accounting Center (minutes No. 66 dated May 23, 2014) (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations).
