On October 30, 2023, a control extended meeting was held at NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) regarding issues of safety and labor protection, as well as social stability at the enterprises of the Group of Companies. During the meeting, the heads of each enterprise reported on these areas of work.

It should be noted that one of the most significant places in the Company Policy is the development of responsibility of each manager and employee, both for their own safety and health, and for the safety of their colleagues. An effective work culture will allow you to work efficiently and safely in accordance with all regulatory requirements.

Employees of work teams play a major role in creating a safe working environment. This culture helps create and maintain appropriate standards when working with technical equipment, as well as personal safety.

Special control is placed on measures to ensure that all employees comply with safety requirements and increase their level of awareness in this area. From the beginning of 2023 to the present, there have been no accidents among subsidiaries and dependent organizations. Thanks to special attention from the management of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates, the risks of injury are minimized and active preventive measures are taken.

It should be noted that in order to monitor the above-mentioned work carried out in subsidiaries and affiliates, the Company has developed Checklists, according to which all enterprises provide updated data on a monthly basis. In turn, the Company verifies the information provided by visiting and subsequently checking all organizations.
