One of the prerogative tasks of the Kazakhstan Engineering Group of Companies is to ensure the safety of life and health of all enterprise employees during the work and production process, eliminating the risks of injuries and accidents, as well as preventing environmental pollution and compliance with environmental standards during production.

All measures to ensure employees comply with safety requirements and increase their level of awareness in this area are under special control.

For example, thanks to the modernization of machines, equipment and equipment from the beginning of 2023 to the present, there are no accidents among subsidiaries and dependent organizations. Active measures are being taken to improve safety and minimize the risk of injury.

At production sites, workers are provided with special clothing and personal protective equipment that protect them when working at potentially hazardous sites. Among other things, all employees of subsidiaries and affiliates are required to undergo medical examinations at established intervals.

Measures were taken to improve the working conditions of employees. Major and cosmetic repairs were carried out in the buildings of enterprises and their dormitories, roofing repairs were carried out, classrooms, canteens, and bathrooms were updated. Unused buildings were converted into warehouses and office space. Work areas and building facades were also refurbished.

Among other things, Kazakhstan Engineering enterprises pay special attention to the development of mass sports in teams, strengthening the health of employees and team spirit. The company considers it necessary to hold various sports events on a regular basis.

Chairman of the Board of NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC Temirzhan Abdrakhmanov noted that in order to monitor the work carried out in subsidiaries and dependent organizations, the Company has developed Checklists, according to which all enterprises provide updated data on a monthly basis.
