As part of the improvement of corporate governance at NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC, the Asset Management and Corporate Governance Department organized training for employees on the topic “Activities of the Corporate Governance Department in the context of G-ESG principles.”

At the master class, participants were introduced to the basic principles and concepts of ESG, told about various international models of corporate governance, and also introduced to the Policy for the Management of Subsidiaries and Dependent Organizations through practical exercises and games.

The speaker was Elena Sakharova, chief expert of the Corporate Governance Department at NAC Kazatomprom JSC, with more than 10 years of experience in this field.
