NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC strictly follows safety standards, including in the social sphere. The Company considers domestic violence to be an absolutely unacceptable phenomenon that violates the basic principles of human dignity and equality. The consequences of such behavior negatively affect the entire social environment.

In connection with the prevention of such crimes, an explanatory legal conversation was held for employees of NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC. Employees of the Department of Internal Affairs of Astana, together with employees of the prosecutor's office, spoke about the nature, consequences and methods of preventing domestic violence. In turn, employees asked questions that interested them and shared their opinions.

In September 2022, the Head of State announced instructions to tighten responsibility for domestic violence in his Address. According to the amendments made, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed legislative changes that provide for the transition from declarative to detective registration of such offenses.

Let us note that any violence contradicts the principles of equality and respect for people. Society should not tolerate abusive relationships and has a responsibility to support victims, provide protection, help resolve the problem, and emphasize zero tolerance for such abuse.
