In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Joint Stock Companies”, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sydykov Bakytbek Saparbekovich (representative from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and Akshalov Dauren Esalievich (independent director) were elected members of the Board of Directors of JSC NC Kazakhstan Engineering.

Thus, the Board of Directors consists of 8 members, half of whom are independent directors.

NC Kazakhstan Engineering JSC in its work is guided by current legislation, best practices and corporate governance standards.

The order came into force on January 17, 2024.
