As part of the public program "Taldau Mektebi – School of Analytics" under the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kanat Sharlapayev, met with its participants to discuss pressing issues related to the development of industries under the Ministry's jurisdiction.
Among the program representatives, N.S. Smailov, an employee of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Engineering," took part in the discussion.
The discussion was held in an open dialogue format. Experts and participants asked questions, shared their opinions, and proposed initiatives aimed at developing the manufacturing industry. Particular attention was given to the digitalization of production processes and the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. Minister K. Sharlapayev emphasized the strategic importance of digital transformation and presented the Ministry’s ongoing initiatives in this area.
Another key topic of the meeting was the training of scientific personnel in the industrial sector. It was noted that creating sustainable demand for qualified specialists through increased labor productivity would be an important factor in economic growth.
