With over 30 years of experience, she has earned a reputation as a highly skilled, responsible, and dedicated professional. Elmira Kudaybergenovna is known for her discipline, professional expertise, and energy. She actively participates in the plant’s social life and has received numerous honorary certificates and recognition from management and colleagues.
