Today, she is a competent specialist who responsibly executes production tasks, actively implements new technologies, and continuously improves her professional skills. Venira Nakipovna is highly respected among her colleagues, actively participates in the social life of the workshop, and has received numerous awards from the plant and company management.

Mikhail Vasilievich has been with the plant since 2006. Over the years, as a leading procurement specialist, he has established himself as a highly qualified, responsible, and dedicated professional. His expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement have earned him the highest recognition.
