World Day for Safety and Health at Work is an international initiative aimed at promoting safe, healthy, and decent working conditions.

Ensuring occupational safety and health (OSH) is one of the priority areas of activity for JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Engineering". The company is consistently implementing measures to comply with industrial standards, manage risks, and monitor compliance with labor safety legislation.

Regular internal audits, inspections, and assessments of the current state of workplace safety are conducted. To improve the effectiveness of this work, the Holding coordinates the activities of its subsidiaries and affiliates, develops methodological guidelines, approves control checklists, and annually verifies reporting through on-site visits to enterprises.

JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Engineering" places special emphasis on creating a safe working environment aimed at preserving the life and health of its employees. A crucial role in this process is played by OSH specialists working at the Holding’s enterprises. In 2025, a high level of activity and professionalism was noted among the OSH personnel in subsidiary organizations, characterized by their extensive experience and high qualifications.

Among them is V. A. Burakova, Head of the Occupational Safety Service at JSC “S.M. Kirov Plant”, who consistently demonstrates outstanding results in regional and national events organized for labor safety professionals, as well as within the activities of the Kazakhstan Engineering Workers’ Union.

Other enterprises successfully implementing OSH policies include JSC "Semey Engineering" and LLP "Kazakhstan ASELSAN Engineering". Their systematic efforts contribute to strengthening the safety culture and preventing occupational risks at all levels.
