On May 23, 2025, a meeting of the Public Council was held at Kazakhstan Engineering National Company JSC, during which key aspects of the Company's operations were discussed.

During the session, participants reviewed the business and financial activities of Kazakhstan Engineering National Company JSC, the report and monitoring of the Action Plan implementation for 2024, and matters related to the Action Plan for 2025.

As part of public oversight, issues concerning the disposal of the Company's assets were also addressed, contributing to increased transparency and efficiency in asset management.

Following the meeting, a decision was made to consider organizing visits to divested plants to gain a more in-depth understanding of their operations and current status.

The Public Council will continue to oversee the activities of Kazakhstan Engineering National Company JSC and support the Company’s development in the interests of all stakeholders.
