On June 12, 2025, as part of its efforts to enhance transparency and engagement with civil society, members of the Public Council of JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Engineering”, led by its Chairman Amanzhol Zeinollaevich Urazbayev, visited JSC “811 Automobile Repair Plant KE” in the city of Ereymentau.

The delegation was briefed on the current state of the enterprise following the completion of the privatization process. During the meeting with the plant’s management and staff, the parties discussed the changes that have taken place at the facility, the social and psychological climate within the workforce, and the plant’s future development plans.

As noted by the General Director of the enterprise, Duanbai Aubakirovich Sabanbayev, production operations are progressing according to plan. The plant has retained its core specialization and key areas of activity, while employees have demonstrated a high level of engagement and expressed positive views on working conditions and the internal environment.

Members of the Public Council expressed a favorable opinion of the current situation at the plant and confirmed their readiness to support the enterprise — including in matters of cooperation with government agencies and the identification of new growth opportunities. Special attention was given to exploring potential forms of partnership between the Public Council and the plant to help ensure stable operations and create conditions for the professional and social development of the workforce.

The visit was part of a broader initiative to strengthen the role of public oversight and open dialogue in the operations of national companies and holdings.

JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Engineering” will continue its practice of active engagement with civil society and stakeholders on key issues of its operations.
