Joint Stock Company National Company Kazakhstan Engineering (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces the postponement of the opening date of bids within the framework of an open two-stage tender for the sale of 51% of ordinary shares of Semipalatinsk Machine-Building Plant JSC, 51% of ordinary shares of Tynys JSC and 50% the Company's share in the authorized capital of KAZAKHSTAN AIRCRAFT INDUSTRY LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) from April 30, 2018 at 12:00 (Astana time) on a business day May 02, 2018 12:00 (Astana time).

The rest of the conditions of the Contest remain unchanged.
