Orman Nurbayev, Chairman of the Board of JSC National Company Kazakhstan Engineering, visited subsidiaries and affiliates located in Akmola and North Kazakhstan regions.
Accompanied by the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Vadim Shakshakbaev, O. Nurbaev inspected factories in the city of Kokshetau - Tynys and KAMAZ-Engineering, in Petropavlovsk - PZTM, Plant named after S.M. Kirov "," ZIKSTO "and" Munaimash ".
Along with this, the head of the national company held a meeting with the management and assets of enterprises. According to him, in recent years, the above-mentioned factories have shown growth in many respects, successfully fulfilling the state defense order. The Chairman of the Management Board noted the available reserves for technological re-equipment, building up engineering services, and developing the civilian segment.
Enterprises should actively introduce new IT solutions, increase the volume of exports of military and dual-use products, and raise the level of in-plant cooperation.
Special attention should be paid to the heads of subsidiaries and dependent organizations to the social protection of the plant workers, the use of effective programs for personnel development, the formation of mentoring institutions.
O. Nurbaev also congratulated those present on the upcoming Day of Machine Builders, celebrated in our country on the last Sunday of September.
