The Kazakhstan delegation headed by the Vice Minister of defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Ramazanov visited the International exhibition of weapons and military equipment "IDEF 2017" in Istanbul (Turkey).

The Ministry of defense and Fund of armed forces of the Republic of Turkey acted as organizers of this action.

It should be noted that this exhibition is the largest in the Eurasian region and one of five in the world by the number of participating states and international companies.

During the exhibition, the Kazakh delegation held a number of meetings with the leadership of the largest Turkish companies, within the framework of which the order was determined for further work on the promotion of projects in the field of shipbuilding, repair and modernization of aviation equipment, modernization and production of rockets and other ammunition, as well as joint production of electronics for systems connection.

In addition, within the framework of the exhibition, a Memorandum on the development of the direction of cooperation in the field of supply and production of electronic warfare products, as well as in the civilian direction, equipment for the system of payment for motor roads was signed between the companies JSC "NC "Kazakhstan engineering" and "ASELSAN".
