By the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC «NC «Kazakhstan engineering» dated February 15, 2017, the authorities of the member of the Management Board, Deputy Chairman of the Company's Management Board Kanat Sultanbekov were terminated ahead of schedule.
The same decision in board are chosen: Deputy Chairman of the board of the company Vadim Shakshakbaev, Managing director Madina Mukusheva.
Thus, the list of the Board is formed of five members:
Chairman of the Board - Yerlan Idrissov;
Deputy Chairman of the Board - Vadim Shakshakbaev;
Deputy Chairman of the Board - Saya Mynsharipova;
Managing Director - Kenzhebay Satzhanov;
Managing Director - Madina Mukusheva.
