We, the people of Kazakhstan, celebrate one of the most important national holidays - the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 1 December. This year our country celebrates it for the fifth time.
"The president of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the head of state, his management official determining the main directions of domestic and foreign policy of the state and representing Kazakhstan within the country and in the international relations, - the Fundamental law of our republic says. The president is a symbol and the guarantor of unity of the people and the government, firmness of the Constitution, the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen".
The importance and role of the Leader of the Nation Nursultan Nazarbayev in the development of independent Kazakhstan can not be overestimated.
His strategy of creation democratic, secular, legal and the social state removed the country from various crises, whether it be difficult 90th years, whether it be overcoming consequences of modern world. All large-scale initiatives performed in the republic for these 25 years are connected with a name of Elbasy.
Reforms concerned also us: thanks to support of the President it is created and successfully our national company performs the activities.
The high degree of trust is appeared to the head of state by staff of all entities which are a part of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan engineering". It is pleasant that all of us connect the present wellbeing and an opportunity to make big plans for the future with Nursultan Abishevich.
The merit of the party "Nur Otan" is great in it, whose leader is our President. Its values and mission are close to each citizen of our country. "Nur Otan" party is a political force which unites society and ensures the implementation of state policy Elbasy.
On this solemn day, I wish you in your face all Kazakhstan people to protect and to strengthen the stability, the prosperity and the peace that we have received for years of Independence.
