The Kazakhstan Research Institute Gidropribor, which is a part of JSC NC Kazakhstan Engineering, will for the first time supply the special purpose units of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a mobile diving complex.
This complex is designed to protect the underwater waters of the Caspian Sea. The research institute is currently conducting appropriate tests on this equipment.
Along with performing combat missions, the new mobile diving complex provides training dives for divers in the conditions of unequipped coast.
It includes a module with diving facilities, open and closed breathing apparatus and a special boat for work at sea. The supplied complex is located on the basis of a KAMAZ off-road vehicle. This vehicle was purchased from the joint Kazakh-Russian manufacturer KAMAZ-Engineering JSC, which specializes in the assembly of trucks and special equipment.
The supplied complex will increase the combat readiness and combat effectiveness of the units of the Navy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
