From 01.01.2020 JSC “Kazakhstan Engineering” (hereinafter referred to as the Company) JSC and organizations, fifty or more percent of voting shares (stakes in the authorized capital) of which are directly or indirectly owned by the Company when making purchases, are governed by the Rules for the Procurement of Goods, Work, services by national management holdings, national holdings, national companies and organizations, fifty or more percent of voting shares (equity interests) of which directly or indirectly belong to the national WMD managing holding company, national holding, the national company, approved by the Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2019 № 1201 as well as the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property".
