By the decree of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhanzhumenov Talgat Zhenisovich was appointed to the post of deputy head of the MIRR of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Talgat Zhanzhumenov was born in 1968 in the East Kazakhstan region. He graduated from the Volsk Higher Military School of the rear of them. Lenin Komsomol, Military Academy of Logistics and Transport of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. An officer with a higher military special, operational-strategic education.

He began his career in 1989 as head of the food service of a tank regiment. Over the years, he worked in the Air Force of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republican Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2001-2006 - served as deputy commander of the Republican Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2008-2010 - was the head of the rear of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2010-2013 - Worked as Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2014-2015 - Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Security Council of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2015-2016 - Head of the Department of Military Security and Defense of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From October 2016 to April 2019, he served as Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From April 2019 to the present, he held the position of First Vice Minister of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
