Many empty workshops and idle areas. And in Soviet times, every square meter “worked” at the Peter and Paul Heavy Engineering Plant. 15 thousand people worked. Now only a thousand.
The plant has great potential, noted Akhmetzhan Yesimov. Modernization, which began last year, and large orders will help to work to the maximum. We will get the latter through cooperation with Samruk-Kazyna companies.
Now they are making equipment parts for the oil industry: mining of black gold, repair and maintenance of wells. The product line is impressive. And all this will be released in Petropavlovsk.

- All workshops, all redistributions of our enterprise for the next 6 months will be loaded. These are our original products that PZTM developed 15 years ago. We have always produced these products. But the last 1.5-2 years we have left them.
Thanks to the support of Samruk-Kazyna, production will be restored. Now they are signing agreements with the Oil Services Company and KazMunayGas companies.

- If last year you supplied products to our enterprises for 600 million tenge, now you have signed up for 2.5 billion tenge. This is the volume, jobs, employment, taxes to the budget.
And Samruk-Kazyna companies need these products, summed up Akhmetzhan Yesimov. Collaboration is beneficial to everyone. The main thing is that enterprises meet deadlines, and the quality is not satisfactory. Then you can think about increasing the portfolio of orders.
The chairman of the board of the Samruk-Kazyna foundation spoke about this at a meeting with the Kirov citizens. Akhmetzhan Yesimov was introduced to the production of multilayer printed circuit boards. They are the basis of products, which, incidentally, are interested in national companies.

The portfolio of orders exceeded 6 billion tenge. This is 4 times more than last year. According to Akhmetzhan Yesimov, the management of the holding is interested in supporting domestic producers.
Import substitution projects will support. From breakfast cereals and pasta to soap and plastic. Rainbow LLP is one of the best examples of the fact that consumer goods can and should be produced by ourselves.

- Everything in the economy of simple things is produced at this enterprise. This shop alone produces 3 billion. Only secondary polymers.
And now they are preparing to launch paper production. Already chosen a place for the workshop. The direction is profitable and promising.

- RK market is 60% closed on paper. The rest is imported. We are in the north. The largest company "Karina" in Almaty. Waste paper from here goes to Almaty, then finished products come here.
In addition to ordinary pulp, paper will be made from recycled materials and even straw. From 1 ton of flaxseed, you can get 500 kg of pulp. This is called the economy of simple things. They talked about her in the building of the regional akimat.
3 weeks ago Kumar Aksakalov initiated the idea of cooperation between SK factories and national companies. Now they will develop together thanks to the signed agreements for 8.5 billion tenge.
