By the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC “NC“ Kazakhstan Engineering ”dated June 09, 2020, new Deputy Chairmen of the Management Board were appointed: Deputy for Production Affairs Mukhtar Zhumagazinovich Kereybayev and Deputy for Corporate Affairs Saltanat Amangosovna Shunaeva.

Mukhtar Kereybayev graduated from the Almaty Institute of Railway Engineers and the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University.

He began his career as a shift foreman, head of production at the Semipalatinsk locomotive depot. He was the managing director of the Semipalatinsk branch of the RSE "Reserve", the first deputy general director, the general director of the RSE "Reserve".

From 2010 to 2015, he served as General Director of the Tynys plant. Prior to his appointment, he held the position of Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “NC“ Kazakhstan Engineering ”.

Saltanat Shunaeva graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in international economics.

She worked as a manager of TH "KOMPEX - ATAMEKEN", a leading specialist at JSB "Kazmetallbank", an economist of the department of international settlements of the KAB "Turanbank". From 1995 to 2005 - Head of Division, Director of Department, Managing Director, Member of the Management Board of Eurasian Bank JSC. From 2008 to 2016, Director of the Kazyna Capital Management Department, Managing Director, Department Director, Chief Investment Officer of Samruk-Energo JSC.

Prior to her appointment, she held the position of Managing Director of JSC "NC" Kazakh Invest ".
