In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of the National Company dated October 23, 2020, in agreement with the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development - General Director of Tynys JSC, Anvar Aleksandrovich Sultangareev was appointed.

Anvar Sultangareev was previously the Deputy General Director for Production at Tynys JSC. He has over 30 years of experience in industrial enterprises, progressing from an engineer to a managerial position. He is the owner of the honorary medal "20th Anniversary of Astana", as well as the badge "Honorary Mechanical Engineer".

Anvar Sultangareev was introduced to the team by the first head of JSC NC "Kazakhstan Engineering" Adilbek Sarsembayev. He stressed that over the period the Tynys plant is the key enterprise of the group of companies.

“The new management of the enterprise faces the tasks of further development of the enterprise, timely execution of the state defense order, development of the export potential of the products,” Sarsembayev stressed, adding that he has high hopes for Anvar Alexandrovich.

Previously, the position of General Director was held by Kalmanbaev Kairat Zhanybaevich. During the period of his leadership, significant results were achieved, the volume of production increased, social obligations were fulfilled in full. During the pandemic, JSC "Tynys" promptly carried out measures for the production and supply of ventilators "Kokchetav-4P" for 14 regional departments of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

JSC "TYNYS" is one of the largest machine-building enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan, founded in 1959. The enterprise is one of the main manufacturers of ammunition, personal protective equipment for law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is also a manufacturer of ventilators and wheelchairs.
