On November 03, a regular hardware meeting was held at JSC NC "Kazakhstan Engineering" with the participation of directors of subsidiaries and affiliates, chaired by the First Head of the company Adilbek Sarsembayev.

During the meeting, plant directors shared current information regarding the progress of the state defense order for 2020, as well as the formation of a new one for 2021. Also, preliminary plans for 2021 were announced and a strategic goal was set to increase the share of the company's cooperation with government agencies.

In addition, the issue of implementation of the company's investment projects was raised. Today, the portfolio of the Company includes 16 investment projects, of which 9 have already been commissioned and are operational, the rest of the projects are at the stage of implementation and execution of current orders.

The directors of factories and subsidiaries, as well as supervising members of the Management Board, were assigned a number of tasks to effectively plan the next year. The Chairman of the Management Board emphasized that the key task of the company is to ensure highly profitable investments, as well as to efficiently manage factories to generate profit. The management of the factories was given clear tasks regarding the assessment of the state of the transport and technical fleet, as well as the search and analysis of new sales markets.

JSC "National Company "Kazakhstan Engineering" was founded in 2003 and implements state policy in the production of defense, civilian and dual-use products. The structure of the company includes 15 active plants for heavy engineering and the military-industrial complex in different regions of the country, which employ over 4500 people.
