On April 2, 2024, an extended seminar on the development of UAVs and the creation of the Kazakh-Korean Drone Development Academy was held in Astana as part of the “2024 Kazakhstan-Korea Drone Roadshow” forum.

During the event, the parties presented advanced solutions for the use of drones in various fields, training of drone operators, control and supervision of the use of UAVs, and also demonstrated the development and improvement of regulatory documents.

Among other things, the seminar participants submitted their questions and suggestions, and also discussed promising bilateral cooperation in the framework of UAV development.

This event sets ambitious goals for the industry that will allow Kazakhstan to join the leading number of countries involved in the development and use of unmanned aerial systems.
