The main tasks of the Compliance Service of JSC NC Kazakhstan Engineering:

• ensuring compliance by officials, employees of the Company, as well as subsidiaries, with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption and internal documents of the Company on anti-corruption issues;
• prevention and minimization of corruption risks and associated losses due to non-compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption, internal documents of the Company, obligations to stakeholders;
• Strengthening trust in the Company by ensuring its transparent activities;
• identification, assessment and reassessment of corruption risks;
• ensuring the implementation of tools for the prevention and prevention of corruption offenses by the Company by its officials and employees;
• effective implementation of a system of anti-corruption measures in the Company;
• ensuring the Company conducts internal analysis of corruption risks;
• ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and international practices on anti-corruption issues;
• ensuring compliance with the basic principles of anti-corruption in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption.
